Their bid was accepted and these are the photo's from the Realtor. It is a probate sale and this is what it looks like at the moment. The projected move in date is around Christmas if all goes well. They do not know if the furniture and stuff in the photos will be there when they get the keys. A fun story unfolding. I remember every detail of getting my first home.
